I offer a range of nutritional therapy packages designed to support you on your journey to optimal wellbeing, whether it be on your fertility journey, during pregnancy or in postpartum. The focus of our sessions together will be determined by your personal health history and goals.

I offer online consultations through video calls and email, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home and at times that fit in with your life.

A 6-week programme in which we will develop a strong foundational nutrition and lifestyle plan together to support you on the path to achieving your health or fertility goals.

  • 2 x Follow-Up Sessions: To track progress, keep you accountable, answer any questions and make necessary adjustments to the plan.

  • GP Blood Test Interpretation (if applicable).

A 12-week (3-month) programme tailored to provide in-depth support for making lasting nutrition and lifestyle changes. This package is ideal for those looking to address the root cause of specific symptoms or manage particular health conditions. If you're focused on optimising fertility, this programme is also perfect for you.

A one-off 1:1 educational antenatal session with supporting materials.

Often there is so much focus on pregnancy and birth that preparing for postpartum is an afterthought. However, the way you nourish your mind and body in the critical period of the ‘fourth trimester’ can have a huge impact on your recovery, your ongoing mental and physical health, the wellbeing of your baby, and may even affect the way you go on to experience menopause. 

I feel so passionately that women need and deserve more support at this vital time that I have created this one-off session with accompanying reading materials and resources. In our time together I will share guidance on preparing for the postpartum period and offer space to answer any questions you may have.
